Daily Vitamins for Cancer Prevention

20 mg. Beta Carotene
400 mg. Vitamin E
500 mg. Vitamin C
200 mg. Selenium
10-20 mg. B-Complex
1,000 mg. Calcium (Over 50 years old, 1, 500 mg. of Calcium)

Add:
Vitamin A (has shown a reduction of breast cancer)
Vitamin D (has shown a reduction of breast cancer and colon cancer)
